Purchases and Remove Ads
Payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so your purchases belong to your Apple or Google account. On a new phone, sign in with the same store account and restore your purchases from the game's settings.
Remove Ads removes the banner ads. Rewarded videos stay available, and watching them is always your choice.
For a refund, ask Apple or Google: they handle all payments for the game.
Chips
Chips can't be bought with money. You earn them by playing, from the daily free chips, and by choosing to watch a rewarded video.
Your progress
Your profile, chips, items and progress are saved to the cloud with your player ID, so they aren't lost when you reinstall the game or change phones.
Deleting your data
Open Settings ▸ Delete my data in the game, or email us. The privacy policy explains exactly what gets deleted.
